“I woke up to my AC not cooling this morning. Turns out my heat pump wasn’t cycling on. I called Lonestar at 0539 to leave a message and by 0545 I received a call back from Rita. She scheduled a technician to be out by 1000 this morning. Omar arrived by 0930. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and made the necessary repair. The Lonestar team had our home cooling again by 1000. Can’t say enough about this positive experience. Great work and a great team.”
